These Terms apply to everyone who plays on JSEmu / H1Emu servers, building on the core terms shown and accepted in the launcher before you log in.
By launching the JSEmu launcher, creating an account, or otherwise accessing and playing on JSEmu / H1Emu servers, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of the game, our services, and any related code.
JSEmu / H1Emu is a free, non-profit, fan-made continuation of H1Z1: Just Survive, built and maintained by community volunteers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Daybreak Game Company or any other past or present rights holder of H1Z1. All original game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
The only version of H1Z1: Just Survive that this project supports is the 22nd December 2016 client. You must use this version to ensure that everything works correctly and as intended.
While using our services, you agree not to cheat, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, harass or discriminate against other players or staff, share or sell accounts, or attempt to disrupt the servers. Staff decisions regarding rule enforcement are final.
To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players, our servers use the Fairplay anti-cheat software. Fairplay runs concurrently with the game to prevent and detect the use of unauthorized third-party programs that provide unfair advantages. By playing the game, you acknowledge and agree that Fairplay may collect, process, and store the following information:
The data collected by Fairplay is used solely for the purpose of maintaining a fair gaming environment by identifying and acting upon cheating behavior. We are committed to taking swift actions, including issuing bans where necessary, to ensure fairness in the game.
You have the right to stop the collection of this data at any time by closing the game. Fairplay will cease to collect any information about your system, running programs, or any other data once the game is closed.
JSEmu Coins and any items, crates, or cosmetics obtained through the store are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts. Purchases help cover our server and infrastructure costs and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Prices, item availability, and the store itself may change or be removed at any time.
Purchasing Donator status more than once does not extend or stack the duration of your existing Donator period - each purchase grants its associated benefits without changing when your Donator status expires.
We reserve the right to warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Enforcement actions may result in the loss of access to your character, inventory, coins, or store purchases, and no compensation is owed for any such loss.
Our servers and services are provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of uptime, performance, or continued availability. We may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice, and we are not liable for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items resulting from downtime or discontinuation.
We are not a company, but we commit to being transparent and fair in our use of your data. Our sole aim is to protect the integrity of the game and ensure a level playing field for all players.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continuing to play after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, so you agree to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The current version is always available on this page.
